Requirements: Box truck or truck with trailer Comprehensive Commercial General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per Occurrence, $1,000,000 Personal Injury, $2,000,000 Products-Completed Operations Aggregate, Automobile Bodily Injury & Property Damage of $1,000,000 and Workers Compensation coverage.
