We are seeking full-time BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a dynamic, innovative practice where you'll find the freedom to work independently while getting the support of a large network. • 100% Outpatient Practice
• Clinic support staff consists of 1:1 Medical Assistant to provider and Primary Care Nurses provide support for in-basket messaging, all clinic phone calls, patient follow-up, quality metric
• Flexible schedule, option for 4-day work week, no weekends

Mercy Clinic Offers:

• Competitive value-based compensation package
• 2-year guarantee of $300,000
• $100,000 in recruitment incentives including: $55,000 sign on bonus, 2nd year retention bonus of $35,000, up to $10,000 in relocation assitance
• After your guarantee starting in year three, you'll have the opportunity to choose your own practice model:

- Fee-for-Service: for those who want to maintain a large commercially-oriented panel and minimize present-day HCC coding

- Senior Focused: oriented around longer visits with fewer patients with more chronic care needs. Practice development focuses on medical management skills and strong documentation.

- Hybrid: a blend of the above. Ideal for those gravitating towards the world of value-based care but not interested in selecting a specific patient subset.

- Salary + Bonus: for those who value stable, predictable compensation through steady, standards-based work
