Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Supplier Credit and Customer Credit

* Evaluate the financial position of suppliers with a thorough analysis of supplier's financial statements.

* Maintain a supplier credit monitoring process to ensure supplier's financial health is reviewed on a regular basis.

* Review industry data, customer and supplier operations, credit network feedback, bank references and rating agency analysis.

* Evaluate the credit worthiness of potential domestic or international customers and maintain a credit monitoring process for existing customers. Requires analysis of transactions in other countries due to the global nature of the business.

* Maintain and utilize relationships in credit networks.

* Collaborate with internal business partners including Sales, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, Pricing, and Senior Leadership.

* Interface directly with customers and suppliers

Required Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics or other business related field

* Experience in all aspects of analyzing financial statements

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Excellent problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

* 5+ years of experience in business or related field.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

* Experience in the Aerospace industry

* Strong oral, written, and presentation skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access)

* Strong organization and time management skills

* Bloomberg terminal experience
