Come join us! WellSky is seeking a Financial Solution Support Specialist to join the Client Experience team. In this role you will be responsible for conducting on-site and web-based training on software applications and providing industry expertise in billing and financial management to our clients and internal customers for our online applications.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct both web-based and on-site billing and financial management process overview and training for new and existing clients
• Create and maintain billing and financial reporting training materials for use in both onsite and web-based training
• Technical Writing and Support resources, create and maintain billing and financial reporting training materials and ongoing resources to be used while training and supporting new and existing clients
• Provide follow-up Web-based refresher training for clients on an as-needed basis
• Provide product feedback to Solution Management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4-6 years related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong excel skills
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
