Job Description

WellSky is seeking a Regional Account Executive for our Home sales team! This role will handle the full sales cycle and is focused on selling to existing home health, hospice and personal care clients. This is an opportunity to join a growing and fun team within a great organization.

A day in the life!

You will be responsible for:

* Proactively generating new qualified prospects; building and maintaining a sales pipeline

* Meeting the quota target associated with the territory

* Cultivating relationships with management of accounts, building credibility and trust

* Accurate forecasting of sales opportunities, including appropriate products, timescale, and value

* Clearly and effectively communicating with sales leadership regarding risk and upside

* Leading the sales cycle through traditional gateways and best leveraging a cross-functional team

* Engaging WellSky executives and other key stakeholders to develop opportunities

* Responsiveness to sales and account management matters

* Comprehending competitive, accurate, and relevant market data; understanding overall trends

* Timely and accurate development and maintenance of opportunity plans; including good Salesforce hygiene

* Identifying, defining and successfully navigating complex, multidisciplinary, C-Level sales processes

* Weekly forecasting and recurring pipeline reviews with sales leaders and executives

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

* 4-6 years related work experience

* Proven track record of success in sales over a sustained period

* Understanding of Healthcare and/or IT Industry

* Travel up to 25% may be required
