Work Schedule: 12-hour Rotating Shift Schedule

Starting Pay Rate: $22.00

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Packaging:
  • Receives incoming shipments of product from containers. Transfers material to designated silos.
  • Operates a packaging system to package product from one container to another container.
  • Monitors a conveyor system to feed finished containers to the warehouse for staging & shipping
  • Obtains samples during the packaging process and examines for any contamination
  • Utilizes the computer system to create labels, print and apply them to finished containers
  • Performs housekeeping and cleaning duties to prevent contaminants from entering process.
Forklift:
  • Safely and efficiently operates forklift and other warehouse machinery
  • Safely loads product onto different containers or trailers while ensuring product securement
  • Performs a quality control verification by inspecting containers for damage
  • Reviews and / or completes paperwork and labels for accuracy
  • Maintains a clean and safe working environment at all times

Job Qualifications:
  • Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available
  • May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
  • 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
  • Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
  • Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
