Where You'll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.

What You'll Do

We are looking for someone who has experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar role to lead program management, support, and retention for the CHA Pharmacy Services Team.

  • Lead the project creation process, promoting collaboration with CHA teams to ensure plans are seen through completion, ensuring our members have a seamless experience.
  • Assist internal stakeholders across the organization to deliver CHA pharmacy project-related outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with members and hospital participants through exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and maintaining a strong knowledge base of pharmacy programs and services.
  • Serves as a communication liaison by responding and engaging with CHA staff, hospital and participant requests, consultants, vendors, expert panel participants, and meeting speakers.
  • Responsible for logistical coordination and support for project deliverables, including webinars, conference calls, etc.
  • Track project metrics, providing updates on progress, impact, member engagement, etc.
  • Supports the larger CHA needs through a variety of administrative projects.

Experience and Skills

What You'll Bring to CHA
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role, experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Experienced in managing and supporting multiple projects at the same time.
  • Advanced personal computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, hospital personnel, and other external individuals.
