Job Description

The Solutions Analyst will support the definition, delivery, and success of WellSky products. Work with stakeholders to document current and desired future workflow processes to define product requirements. Become an expert in defining, analyzing, and documenting software-integration requirements.

    A day in the life!

      You will be responsible for the following:

      • Working with stakeholders to document current workflow state into process flow diagrams and translate into the jobs to be done framework
      • Gathering and documenting product requirements by conducting market research with clients through multiple approaches including workflow observations, end user interviews, and focus group discussions
      • Conducting analyses of product features, including user behavior analysis, A/B testing, segmentation/funnel studies, product-success metrics development, KPI's, and other product performance metrics
      • Collaborating with the solution design team (UX/UI researchers, solution manager, solution architect and engineering managers) in the documentation of updated design for healthcare related software
      • Communicating with stakeholders to arrive at consensus for user stories/projects
      • Documenting user stores in an Agile framework
      • Communicating product enhancements and features to stakeholders based on understanding of predictive analytics, requirements, and resources
      • Looking for new ways to evaluate data and improve client experience

      Do you have what it takes?

      Required Qualifications:

      • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
      • 0-3 years of experience working with products/solutions in an Agile scrum environment
      • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications

      Do you stand above the rest?

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • At least two of the following:
        • Software design experience
        • SaaS, B2B, and/or enterprise-software experience
        • Healthcare experience
      • Business-analysis, product-owner, and/or related experience
      • Agile Scrum experience
