Your missions :

Location: Lenexa, KS

Job Summary and Purpose:

The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including learning and development, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

* Onboarding and Offboarding

o Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time

o Process employee terminations and conduct exit interviews as needed

* Learning and Development

o Coordinates the execution of the local training and development plan to include maintaining and updating Ceva's Learning Management Software, maintaining course content, assigning courses, and monitoring completion.

o Contributes to global and local projects related to employee development

* HR Operations

o Maintain accurate employee records, including employee files, HRIS data, and other documentation

o Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and policy review and development

* Employee Relations

o Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

o Assist with resolving employee concerns and conflicts

o Assist with HR audits and investigations as necessary

Qualifications:

* Education - Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field Preferred

* Work Experience - 1+ years human resources experience.

* Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

* Proficiency in MS Office and experience in HRIS systems

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:

While performing the responsibilities of the position, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle, feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard. Often, the employee will be required to stand and walk to different areas of the site. This job will require close vision to be able to see a monitor.
