• Work closely with leadership, business units, and technical teams to identify opportunities where AI can create value, drive efficiencies, and improve client services
• Develop a comprehensive, multi-year AI strategy and roadmap aligned to build and lead a team to grow a business
• Build client facing AI offers and land it to the market with our business development organization and leadership
• Collaborate with engineering and solutions team to oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions to our customers
• Monitor industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive landscape to recommend new innovations and investments
• Build strategic partnerships with AI vendors, research institutions, and startups to constantly keep in line with new innovations
• Develop AI project business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and ROI models
• Develop AI Advisory services and AI engineering teams for the Power Factory
• Develop internal AI driven tools to help augment and improve client service, both with speed and efficiency as well as quality considerations

• 5+ years leading AI/ML strategy and solution development
• 15+ years of professional experience in Cloud, Data Science, or another relevant technical field
• Extensive business and technical acumen to understand AI market trends, adoption, vendor strategies, and formulate holistic plans
• Strong collaborator with experience in working in multi-discipline environment
• Exceptional at navigating ambiguity and rapid change
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field

• Deep expertise across AI/ML technologies: Machine Learning, NLP, computer vision, deep learning, Generative AI
• 5+ years' experience in client service - management/technology consulting
• Proficiency with the Microsoft AI product suite
• Masters in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or MBA with technology experience
