- One (1) year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Primary Care or Acute Care setting
- Utah State Dispensing License required

- Work in a primary care setting that also takes care of acute issues.
- Treat, diagnose, order labs and dispense onsite medications for patients aging 2 and up.
- Patients have chronic conditions, so experience with this is a must.
- See about 8-12 patients per day.
- Additional duties as required.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Active and unrestricted Utah NP license
- Current BLS certification
- Utah state dispensing license
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a NP, preferably in an Primary Care and/or Acute Care setting
- Basic computer/data entry skills
- Strong communication skills
