Position Description:

The Senior Operational Trainer is responsible for facilitating classes both new hire and continuing education, moderate to heavy material design and reporting responsibilities. This position will be updating and generating reports, assigned classes to facilitate, prepare materials, copies, rosters, etc. After each class the instructor will update the tracking sheet, emailing no show in to the appropriate parties; responsible for other projects when not instructing and designing materials.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

2 years presentation and facilitation skills
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with virtual presentations, preferred
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Adult classroom training experience, preferred
RX CLAIMS, Rx Express and other Prescription Solutions is a plus
Must be able to work under remote management
Organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High school education or equivalent experience.
