Position Description

Position Overview:
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Transportation Division. We are looking for a FT Driver around or near McPherson – Wichita – Valley Center area of Kansas to transport various loads of Petroleum Products, Anhydrous Ammonia and LP Gas throughout central Kansas. Our office is located in Sioux Falls SD. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years or 200,000 miles of verifiable experience as a Tractor Trailer Driver.
Responsibilities:
• Picking up and delivering product to the customer in a safe and timely manner.
• Following all guidelines and regulations for hauling Anhydrous Ammonia & LPG.
• 85% local hauling and 15% overnight driving.
Basic Qualifications: (required)
• 2 years or 200,000 miles of verifiable experience operating a tractor trailer combination.
• Must have a Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker endorsement.
• 2+ years previous experience hauling Bulk Liquid required.
• Excellent driving record.
• Attendance and reliability are a must.
Preferred qualifications: (desired)
• Previous Pressure experience is a plus.
• Professional communication skills.
• Good work ethic.
• TWIC card – transportation worker identification card.
